Note: if you do not see the Browse button, then your browser does not support file upload. The browsers that currently support file upload are IE3.x with addon, IE4.x with addon, IE5.x, Netscape 3.x, Netscape 4.x, WebTv Plus, and Opera. For AOL users: some users have experienced difficulties uploading their image using the AOL web browser. The problems is intermittant, so I do not know what causes it. You may consider using another browser for your uploads. This may be due to to AOL's "compressed graphics" so if you can turn this feature off. Make sure you are "in AOL." Now go to "My AOL," select Preferences, and then select WWW. Turn off the Use-Compressed-Images option. Finally, select the Empty-Cache-Now button.
